  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cryptocurrency.
• 2. User Accounts
  • Account Creation: You are required to create an account to access our services. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if the information is found to be false or incomplete.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
• 3. Services Offered
  • Cryptocurrency Wallet: FadeWallet provides you with a secure wallet to store various cryptocurrencies. We do not control or manage private keys, and you are solely responsible for safeguarding your assets.
  • Cross-Chain Swaps: Our service allows users to swap cryptocurrencies between supported blockchains seamlessly. Fees apply for each swap.
  • Staking: You may stake certain assets within the platform to earn rewards. Rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on market conditions.
  • Referral Program: Users can refer others to FadeWallet and earn rewards based on the referred user’s activity. FadeWallet reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
• 4. Fees and Payments
  • Service Fees: Certain services may incur fees, such as transaction fees, staking fees, and swap fees. These fees are clearly displayed before you complete a transaction.
  • Payment in FWT: Users may pay fees in FWT (FadeWallet Token) and receive a discount of up to 30%.
  • No Refund Policy: All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed on the blockchain, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
• 5. Compliance with LawsYou agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. FadeWallet reserves the right to request additional information and documentation to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
• 6. Prohibited UsesYou are strictly prohibited from using FadeWallet for the following:
  • Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
  • Market Manipulation: Engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive practices.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engaging in any activities that may damage the functionality of our platform.
• 7. Termination of ServiceWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect violations of these Terms or any applicable laws. We may also suspend or restrict access to services for maintenance or security reasons.

Limitation of LiabilityFadeWallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of your use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to FadeWallet during the preceding 12 months.
• 9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FadeWallet, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
